Agency Rocket, LLC (" Agency Rocket ") operates and may operate other websites (the “Service” or collectively the “Services”). It is Agency Rocket's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect while operating our websites.

Website Visitors

Agency Rocket collects non-user data of the sort that web browsers and servers typically collect, such as, without limitation, the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Agency Rocket's purpose in collecting non-user data is to better understand how Agency Rocket's visitors use the Services. Agency Rocket also collects Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for Customers (as defined below) and for users leaving comments on blogs/sites (“Visitors”). Agency Rocket only discloses Visitors IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses User Data information as described below, except that Visitors’ IP addresses and email addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrators of the blog/site where the comment was left.

Collection of User Data

Those users who sign-up to interact with the Services (“Customers”) are required to provide certain unique personal and demographic data to engage with the Services (“User Data”). The amount and nature of the User Data collected by Agency Rocket depends on the nature of the interaction. Customers who engage in transactions with Agency Rocket are asked to provide additional information, including, without limitation, the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. In each case, Agency Rocket collects such data only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the Customer’s interaction with Agency Rocket. Agency Rocket does not disclose User Data other than as described below. Customers can always refuse to supply User Data, but Customers hereby understands and acknowledges that refusing to supply User Data, or any additional information required, may limit or entirely restrict access to some functionality of the Services.

Aggregated Statistics

Agency Rocket may collect, aggregate, and anonymize User Data related to their interaction with the Services (“Aggregated Data”). Agency Rocket may display this Aggregated Data publicly or provide it to others for promotional purposes in the form of graphical or statistical reporting or representations.

Protection of Certain User Data

Agency Rocket discloses User Data only to those of its employees, contractors, or affiliates that: (i) need access to User Data in order to process the User Data on Agency Rocket's behalf or to provide services available at Agency Rocket's websites; and, (ii) are under a contractual obligation not to disclose data to third parties.

Redistribution, Rent, or Sale of Personal User Data

Agency Rocket does not redistribute, rent, or sell personal User Data to any third-parties or non-affiliated organizations. In addition, Agency Rocket may only disclose User Data in response to a subpoena, court order, or other governmental request, or when Agency Rocket believes, in good faith, that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Agency Rocket, it’s directors, employees, contractors, affiliates or for the public good. If you are a registered user of an Agency Rocket Services and have supplied your email address, Agency Rocket may occasionally send you emails informing you about new features, request your feedback, or provide updates with what's going on with Agency Rocket and our Services. If you send us a request, we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. Agency Rocket takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction of User Data.


A cookie is a string of information that a website stores on a visitor's computer and that the visitor's browser provides to the website each time the visitor returns. Agency Rocket uses cookies to help Agency Rocket identify and track visitors, their usage of the Agency Rocket website, and their website access preferences. Business Transfers

Ads appearing on any of our websites may be delivered to users by advertising partners, who may set cookies.
